typical sunshine day

We start regular Sundays on the first Sunday in December. We meet at 9:00 in old gondola room above Creekside (the building in the parking lot). Athletes and coaches try to be in the Gondola by 9:15 am. If you miss the ride up the Gondola, please call one of the coaches to let them know what time you will arrive on hill.

We break for lunch at 11:30 and athletes can eat together with some of the coaches and other athletes in the main lodge cafeteria or their families. After lunch we meet at 12:30 outside the main chalet, (climbers right). We finish the day at 3:00 pm outside the main lodge.

On COP nights, we meet outside on the deck at 7:00 pm. We finish at 9:00 pm. Tuesday nights we train xxx, on Thursday nights we train….
